TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • There is a thee (3) night minimum stay required.
  • Easter, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years have a five (5) night minimum stay (Note: shorter stays are permited if other dates already booked prevent the minimum stay requirements quoted above, or if you are booking within 30 days of arrival).
  • Check in time is after 4:00 PM and check out is before 10:00 AM. An early check-in or late check-out is available for a fee.
  • This property is non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed.
  • Grills - property manager can supply a barbecue grill for $45.00 per week. Please note: By State Law cooking must be done outside the pool cage.
  • By state law, occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each home. Maximum occupancy includes infants and children.

PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • $250 non-refundable reservation deposit is required and will be applied to the total amount due. The final payment is due 30 days before your arrival and is non-refundable at that point.
  • All rates are plus 13% tax.
  • There is a one time cleaning fee for stays less than 6 nights of $150.00.
  • We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, personal & certified checks as well as money orders.
  • There will be a $300 damage deposit placed on a credit card at the time of arrival. This is released 10 days after departure wiith no damage to the home.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • The $250.00 Deposit is Non-Refundable.
  • Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will result in loss of all monies, and any claims must be taken up with the travel insurance company, if a policy was purchased.

HURRICANE POLICY

  • The Happy Place does not offer refunds or reschedule trips due to hurricane activity. If you are concerned about possible interruption, cancellation or delayed travel due to tropical occurances, you are strongly encouraged to purchase trip insurance at the time of booking (or at least 30 days prior to arrival; trip insurance may not be purchased after final payment has been made).
