About the Happy Place in Windsor Palms Resort

There are so many reasons why the Happy Place will enhance your visit to Orlando. The Happy Place is located in a private, gated community which is only minutes from Disney, Universal, Sea World, and many other local attractions and shopping. We know you will love it!

The Happy Place features:

• 24 hour gated, secure community
• Cable TV in each room
• A spacious living room with a 54" HDTV flat screen TV
• Large eat-in kitchen with microwave, oven/range, full size refridgerator/freezer
• An eat-at breakfast bar in the kitchen
• Laundry room with washer/dryer
• Spacious lanai with a heated 13' X 26' screened-in pool with 6 person hot-tub
• Barbecue grill with patio furniture

Terms and Conditions

There is a one time departure cleaning fee on stays less than 6 nights of $110

• No Pets
• $200 non-refundable reservation deposit required. This is applied to the total amount due. The full amount is due 30 days in advance.
• All rates are plus 12% tax
• There is a one time cleaning fee for stays less than 6 nights
• Pool/Jacuzzi heat is $150 weekly and $35 daily. Certain terms and conditions apply. See below.
• We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, personal & certified checks as well as money orders
• There is a 4 night minimum during the low and high season and a 7 night minimum during the peak season
• There will be a $75 Property Protection & Processing Fee. The Property Protection Fee ($50) is a damage waiver that will cover up to $1,500 for accidental or inadvertent damages. Please be advised that intentional damage or gross negligence will result in additional costs. The Processing Fee ($25) covers our administrative costs
• Check in time after 4:00 pm and check out is before 11:00 am

Electric or Natural Gas: pool/Jacuzzi heat charges are as follows: $150 per week or $35 per day for Pool homes (There is a three day minimum requirement)
Charges commence the date turned on until date of departure unless different dates have been pre=arranged. Most pools take up to 24 hours to heat from the time turned on.
Pool heaters have electrical/mechanical components. These components can sometimes malfunction. The Happy Place, it's vendors and the Homeowner cannot be held responsible for any malfunctioning heater. Please inform us as soon as possible if your pool/Jacuzzi is not working properly. Any days that the heater is verified inoperative will be credited. No additional compensation will be given to the guest. The Happy Place will do everything in it's power to rectify any problems with malfunctioning equipment as quickly as possible.
